NOTE: Rechargeable devices are not included in the package.
2. 3 Temperature Settings: When the USB fuzzyum hoodie connected, heating sheets will be operated. Press the button, there are 3 adjustable temperatures levels: high level, red light, 131℉, can run for 3-4h; medium is blue light, 122℉, 5-6h; low is green light, 113℉, 7-8h. Just press 3s again and turn off. You can choose the most comfortable temperature for different requirements.
3. Multifunctional Usage: The fuzzyum hoodie is USB powered, can be freely moved for using by wireless portable charger, laptop, adapter (battery pack is not included). When the portable charger is charging, it can also be connected to a wired power supply for replacement. It supports hand wash and machine wash, easy to clean and maintain.
4. One Size Fits All: The large fuzzyum hoodie fits adults, women, men, teens, it fits most people with an oversized hood, oversized sleeves and a huge hood that covers the entire body. There is a huge front pocket to hide the remote, phone, snacks, game controller and your hands never get cold.

At Fuzzyum, we work with trusted partners to make sure your orders are safe and handled with care.
However, in some rare cases, issues may happen during shipping or delivery.
Here’s how disputes, refunds, and replacements are handled.

🔹 When You Can Request a Refund or Replacement

We will offer a refund or resend in the following situations:

1. Order Delayed –
If your order has no tracking update for more than 45 days (USA) or 60 days (other countries) after leaving our warehouse.
(Delivery times may vary by country.)


2. Order Not Received –
If tracking shows no delivery and the local post office confirms non-delivery with an official notice.


3. Damaged Product –
If your product arrives clearly damaged, please send us photos or videos within 30 days of delivery.

For minor issues (like wrinkles or small scratches), partial refunds may apply.

For heavily damaged or broken items, we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.



4. Incorrect or Missing Product –
If you receive the wrong item, color, or size, or a missing part:

We’ll resend or refund based on the issue.

Please provide a photo and a short description of what’s wrong.



5. Order Cancellation –
You can cancel an order before it is processed by the warehouse.

Once the product is being prepared or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

If a product is returned internationally, shipping and customs costs are the customer’s responsibility.
