At Fuzzyum, we work with trusted partners to make sure your orders are safe and handled with care.
However, in some rare cases, issues may happen during shipping or delivery.
Here’s how disputes, refunds, and replacements are handled.

🔹 When You Can Request a Refund or Replacement

We will offer a refund or resend in the following situations:

1. Order Delayed
If your order has no tracking update for more than 45 days (USA) or 60 days (other countries) after leaving our warehouse.
(Delivery times may vary by country.)

2. Order Not Received
If tracking shows no delivery and the local post office confirms non-delivery with an official notice.

3. Damaged Product
If your product arrives clearly damaged, please send us photos or videos within 30 days of delivery.
For minor issues (like wrinkles or small scratches), partial refunds may apply.
For heavily damaged or broken items, we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

4. Incorrect or Missing Product
If you receive the wrong item, color, or size, or a missing part:
